Dealership mechanical: clear photo of the customer job invoice / receipt that shows the labor rate (the receipt for that job). Dealerships do not use insurer PDFs.

Privacy: Do not submit customer personal confidential information. Do not submit claim numbers. Redact names, phones, VINs, claim #s, and customer addresses if present.
