SPC upgraded the upper Ohio Valley into the Northeast corridor from morning Marginal to categorical Slight. Damaging wind is the primary threat as clusters/bows organize along a cold front this afternoon through early evening; marginal/isolated hail possible with the strongest cells. Isolated High Plains storms remain a secondary corridor.
